Why Shreya Sharma and Karishma Tanna were dumped by their husbands?

From the comments, I saw that Shreyas' husband dumped her as she doesn't wear mangalsutra. Can you tell the same reason for Karishma Tanna? I only know that she is a Hindu and her husband is Naijal (Tamil Brahmin)
