My husband listened to my voicememos, read my texts and laptop history

My husband and I have a very good relationship. We have been married for 7 years. We have a 2 year old and a 2 month old. <br><br>2 weeks ago when I was at my parents house with the babies, he installed an app on my phone that allows him to read my texts, see my location, read my Google drive and listen to my voice memos. <br><br>He found out I have been having a lot of negative thoughts about myself, my mental state and what not. I had voice memos of me crying and venting about my PPD. I have no idea if he has read my texts. <br><br>He didn’t tell me he installed the app until the day we were back home and he confronted me. I was livid. It is my phone, I don’t do anything wrong. I work 10-5 from home and take care of kids when I am off. I didn’t like how he went through my personal things. I don’t have anything to hide. But this is just personal. <br><br>I am crying and have been crying for 2 weeks over this. I don’t know what to do. I am heartbroken he did this. He said he was doing it out of love and concern for me. That he was worried about my PPD and wanted to see what I am thinking about. I told him he should have communicated this first. <br><br>I feel violated and don’t know what to do. I don’t think I can trust him again. <br><br>What should I do?<br><br>Tldr My husband installed an app on my phone while I was at my parents and read my texts, voicememos and laptop history. He did it because he was worried about my PPD.
