My boyfriend did something I found really embarrassing, and he won’t tell me if he was serious or not

UPDATE: I guess I should say the age of my bf because I didn’t think it was important at the time. He is 38.<br><br><br>When I first met my boyfriend, he was super embarrassed about everything and blushed a lot, but he seems to have gotten over that recently. He is also very sarcastic and loves to joke. This is important b/c it will help you understand the situation better.<br><br><br>My boyfriend came into the room while I was on the phone, and I waved at him to say hi, and he waved back. Then he went back outside and started making other gestures at me through the window. The gestures were him pointing at me and then pointing at himself, then making kissing gestures. He was doing other stuff like pretending to be in love with me and it was super embarrassing b/c there were people walking past the window. I was on the phone with my dad and he definitely saw and heard it too.<br><br><br>After I was done with my call, I texted my bf and asked him if he was serious or not. He texted back this emoji ?but didn’t say much else. Then he said that he likes watching me get embarrassed. I asked him again but he didn’t answer and just told me to use my best judgment.<br><br><br>It’s been a couple of days and he still hasn’t said anything, and I feel really embarrassed and I just want to know if it was a joke or not. I tried to ask him again yesterday but he said he was too busy to talk about it. I think it could be that he likes to tease me but I also know that he has done things that he was super serious about before and wants me to take him seriously, but then he just laughs and says it’s a joke. I think if he’s actually serious, I would be flattered and it’s actually really romantic and sweet, and who wouldn’t want to find out that their boyfriend is in loooove with them. The other option is that he was just trolling me and that’s embarrassing b/c it’s the opposite of what I want. I want to know which option is correct but he won’t tell me. Do I need to wait until he wants to tell me or should I just do something else?<br><br><br><br><br>EDIT: I just talked to him and asked him again. He said that he likes seeing me get embarrassed and he wants me to get embarrassed more. I asked him why, and he said that he likes making me smile and he likes seeing me laugh at the embarrassing stuff he does, and that’s why he does it.
