What is the most realistic way for us to win?

I know that the right to abortion, contraception, and other women’s rights are being threatened. A change needs to happen. I’m an American and the upcoming presidential election is important. In my opinion, the most realistic way to win the rights to our bodies and choices would be voting in Biden again in the next election. My problem is I don’t know how to vote. <br>How do you vote?
