I have been caught shoplifting on video. I’m really scared. Help

I have been caught in the act of shoplifting on video. I had this happen to me before but they never said anything to me the first time, until the 2nd time when I was let go. I know I’m not the only one who does this, but I’m really scared I have a feeling this time they’re going to report me to the police. The security guard from that store is at the other store (I work as a security guard too) and I’m really feeling guilty. I think I’m just gonna walk in there and turn myself in. I don’t know what to do I’m stressed. I’m really feeling this guilt probably because I don’t wanna lose my job, because if I go to jail I’m fucked. I’m 23 years old and I don’t wanna end up in jail for that. I’m probably just being too stressed out but I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to lose my job. I have nowhere to go if I get fired. What should I do?
