AITA for not delivering food that is cold by the time I arrive

I've been delivering food since I was 13 with my parents permission. I'm 15 now. I get paid $5.33 per hour plus tips. I have the worst luck out of the other drivers for this company. I've had orders where I was told to sit outside in the car for 15 minutes after them being ready, orders were the customer was pissed at me for not bringing them free utensils, orders were the customer didn't want to keep cats the tip on the app, and orders were the kitchen just fucked up or was really busy. I've never had an order where I was actually tipped 20%. I know this should be my part time job after I turn 16 but I want to keep doing it because this company just recently expanded into my city and I believe it's a good idea to get tips from people who want to support small businesses. However, I've realized that I always get low rated if the food is a little cold. I have no control over this, I have a cooler bag and I leave immediately when the order is ready. I'm in the middle of nowhere so I'm usually driving 40 min or more with no traffic. I get tired of everyone assuming I'm lazy and sitting in the car driving. I had an order tonight from hell, the kitchen didn't have me pick up the order for 25 min, I left immediately when it was ready, and the customer yelled at me for the food being cold and left a 1 star rating. I was just so angry and frustrated with everything. I think the company needs to get their shit together but they won't listen to me since I'm just a kid.

My mom told me to start documenting everything so if I get fired I have proof that it's not me fault and can hopefully get my job back.
