[NSFW]

This is a throwaway and I do not want to share the name of my girlfriend or I. Anyway, my girlfriend and I have been together for about a year and a half now. She was always keen on having a child within the next 10 years. I was always childfree and I told her so. Only problem is, she wants to have it surrogated. I am the only person who can be the surrogate. I am trans and had a uterus transplant. I am the only person who can be the surrogate.

She wants to be a mother, she just does not want to go through labour. I am the only person who can do this. I am wanted to be childfree, and this was not in the cards. Am I just being a bad boyfriend by not agreeing to be the surrogate?

I cannot help but feel like a lot of people on Chambers are saying that I should just say yes and not think about it? I do not want to break up with her, and I do not want to be a Dad. I am just being selfish right? Please help, I am so confused.

\*Edit: To clarify, my gf has a childfree desire. She does not want to be a mother and does not want to be a mother. She just wants a child. This is why it is not possible to have a child together.

\*Edit2: To all the people who are asking why I am trans with a uterus. I was assigned male at birth and was always female. My transition was a lot to handle, I had SRS and had a uterus transplant. My insurance and financial situation made it feasible for me to have my transition happen this way. I am obviously not the only person who has done this.
