My boyfriend (M30) has low fertility and I (F26) only have one fallopian tube

My boyfriend and I got our fertility tested together after a couple of years of trying, he has low fertility and it turns out I only have one fallopian tube. This was a shock as I've never had an ectopic pregnancy. Together they say we have about 2% chance of conceiving naturally. <br><br>He doesn't want to do anything about it, I've suggested fertility treatment or we could even look into surrogacy if it's allowed in our country. He says he no longer wants to be a father.<br><br>We are so heartbroken, we both always wanted to be parents, and we were so excited to transition into this stage of our lives. He's started to say he's not sure he wants to be with me anymore, it's been really hurtful and I'm now questioning if I should break up with him.<br><br>How do I navigate this? Any experiences or advice are welcome for me to consider.<br><br>TlDr: My boyfriend is no longer comfortable raising our kids together due to fertility issues.
