After our last successful Kickstarter, we have raised around $25,000 more than our funding goal. With a well thought out budget, we have still managed to save around $15,000. In terms of what we can do next, it definitely opens up many possibilities.

At first, we thought about using the extra money to produce more items in the same line. It would definitely be a good choice if we could set a higher funding goal and raise more money by doing so. But in our case, even if we set a higher funding goal, we would still be unable to raise enough money to produce more items. So we have to think about other options.

First of all, I think we should consider funding our next project. We have already received several requests from brands and publishers, and we are also working on our own IP. If we don't have enough money for the next project, it may be difficult for us to get new projects in the short term.

Secondly, we can use the money to upgrade our infrastructure. This is the most direct way to improve our productivity and efficiency. In other words, it can help us to deliver the project more quickly, which should greatly improve everyone's satisfaction.

Thirdly, if we don't have any plans for new projects in the short term, we can use the money as risk reserves to deal with any potential risks in the future.

Finally, we can also use the money to work on new products that may not be widely popular. By doing so, we can show our sincerity to our backers.

So what do you guys think? How would you like us to use the money?

P.S. We are a miniature painter studio that produces custom miniatures.
