Anyone who says “men lose interest if you give them sex too early” or “men lose interest if you withhold sex” is a liar.

This has been bugging me lately. I think it’s a ploy used by women to shame and guilt other women into being more socially acceptable, or not. Both ways.<br><br>I’m sure most of you guys here would agree that if a single guy is out here banging, he’s not the “commitment type” or “long term relationship type.” But this doesn’t mean he’s not going to get bored if a girl doesn’t give him sex after a while. I’ve talked to so many girls who had serious relationships end because the guy got bored waiting for her to give him sex. I know it’s not always a guarantee, but it’s a possibility.<br><br>Then there’s the flip side that a girl is “a whore” or “a slut” or “too easy” if she gives a guy sex too quickly. I know this doesn’t always happen, but it also doesn’t always not happen.<br><br>I’ve seen relationships end because both of these things have happened, and a whole lot of relationships where neither of these things happened, and the relationships are still intact.<br><br>I guess what I’m saying is, I don’t think humans are that predictable. I think both of these are lies used to control people’s behaviors and create a culture of shame and guilt.<br><br>I’m curious to hear what you guys think.
