If you think incest is wrong because it lead to unhealthy genes then you should also think it’s wrong to have children.

If two people are related they are more likely to have the same genes. Let’s take autism as an example. If there is a recessive gene for autism and one parent has 2 copies of the recessive gene (maybe you don’t realise they have autism because they don’t have 2 copies) then they should not have children with someone else. Because then they will have children with a recessive and a dominant gene, if they then have children with someone who also has a recessive and a dominant gene there is a chance the child will have 2 copies of the recessive gene and have autism. <br><br>Therefor it would be safer if people only had children with their siblings.
