hopefully this sub was sarcasm

I'm an american and stumbled upon this post and my mind was blown. I thought it was a satirical post and I was trying to see the joke. But then I started scrolling and seeing comments of people literally discussing how to abolish nations and I was shocked.<br><br>Have literally none of you studied history? Do you know how much blood was shed, for countries to establish their borders? Do you know how many families were torn apart? How many cities and towns and villages were destroyed, how much culture was lost and annulled. War is not a joke, and it's not something to be taken lightly.<br><br>Not even mentioning how logistically impossible it is to do something like this. How are they going to manage immigration and trade? Do you know how hard it is to manage something like this?<br><br>Europe is already being attacked, and it's clearly weaken by borders. But this is insane. Trust me, a MUSLIM AMERICAN. We don't want more war, and we don't want more bloodshed. We want to live in peace. And discussing how to abolish nations is not how you do it.
