After one year of minimalism, I feel overwhelmed by my thoughts. I don't know what to do, because I have too much stuff. <br><br>I've been reading books, watching videos, and listening to podcasts about minimalism. I've also been sharing my journey on social media to inspire others. <br><br>But now, I feel stuck. I think about what I still need to get rid of, and how much stuff I have left. I feel anxious, giving up, and exhausted. What do you feel? Are you at the same stage?
