The man outside my hotel room door

I was a flight attendant many years ago, and I had a layover in Salt Lake City, Utah. I was staying at a hotel near the airport. I remember it was midnight and the room was cold. I was so tired that I fell asleep in my flight attendant uniform. I woke up during the night, and got out of bed to get something to drink from the vending machine down the hallway. I walked out of the room into the hallway, when I saw a man standing in the hallway by my room. I thought that it was weird, but I didn’t want to be paranoid so I kept walking to the soda machine. He called after me saying, “Did you get my note?” I said “no” and he started walking towards me. I got really uneasy and turned around and started walking back to my room. He said “Wait!”. That’s when I started running back to my room. I got in and locked the door. <br><br>Weird thing is that when I woke up the next morning to get my things together and head to the airport, there was a note under the door. I couldn’t believe it. I grabbed the note and put it in my pocket, and read it when I got to the airport. It said “You are so beautiful. I hope you get to Salt Lake again.”. I never stayed at that hotel again.
