Satanic neighbor tries to kidnap me at sleepover

My friend and I were hanging out at her house at night. She had a dog named Cupid, an all-white German Shepard. He was a really good boy, and he was very protective. So much so that he would always warn us when someone was outside.<br><br>One night he started whining and pacing around the house, almost frantically. My friend and I were in her room hanging out. She went outside to check what was wrong with him and came back in a few minutes, saying he was good again, it was probably just a stray cat outside or something. The dog was not whining anymore, so we thought nothing of it. <br><br>The next night, I had a sleepover at her house, and Cupid had spent the whole day being protective. He was pacing around, whining, barking, and even growling a little. My friend and I didn’t go outside at all that day. Finally, around midnight, Cupid calmed down, and it was quiet. We fell asleep.<br><br>I woke up to the sound of my friend screaming. I looked to my right and Cupid was lunging at something. I looked to my left, and I found myself face to face with a man. I screamed at the top of my lungs. With Cupid’s barking and growling, and both of us screaming, the man ran out of the room. <br><br>My friend and I grabbed a baseball bat and a crowbar and ran outside. Cupid was lunging and biting the man. The man was holding him back by the collar, trying to punch him in the face. I ran over, hit him with the bat, and ran inside. I slammed the door and locked it. The man started pounding on the door and screaming at the top of his lungs, “YOU! I’M GONNA GET YOU! YOU! I’M GONNA GET YOU!”<br><br>I called 911, I was so scared I couldn’t even talk. The operator couldn’t understand what I was saying. I finally calmed down and told her what happened. She said help would be there soon. I was so scared to see the man burst through the door at any minute, so I hid in the bathroom. My friend and I were texting as quietly as possible. She told me her parents were making the guy leave, but he was still trying to fight them. I heard the police show up and take him away. He was still shouting “YOU! I’M GONNA GET YOU!”<br><br>Then my friend texted me a picture of the police holding this man down on the ground. The police told us to come out and identify him, so my friend’s mom brought us to the police car. They rolled down the window for us to look inside. It was my neighbor, and I recognized him because he wore an upside-down cross necklace. <br><br>The police took him to jail and the next morning we went to get a restraining order. The police told us more about the case, and what we learned horrified us. <br><br>They found a book in his car detailing the process of human sacrifice, particularly young girls. He was planning to kill me and use my body as a human sacrifice. The police also found a bag full of knives, and the man had a history of violent crimes. The police told us that if Cupid hadn’t defended us, we would either be dead or injured right now. <br><br>The man was a Satanist who was known for these violent practices. He had been to prison several times for kidnappings and murders, but his family always managed to get him out. We filed a report and the police told us they would look into it. We never heard back from the police, so I don’t know what happened to the man.<br><br>The man didn’t live next door to us, but a few houses down. My friend’s house is surrounded by woods. I guess he walked through the woods and jumped the fence. When we went back to the fence, we found a hole in it, and footprints in the mud.
