CMV: The next US Presidential election will be postponed indefinitely.

If it wasn't already obvious, from now on, opposition to Trump is un-American. The Republican Party is the only party of freedom, the only party of patriotism, and, from now on, the only party. Any opposition to Trump, even the most innocuous, will be labeled treason and anyone who expresses such opposition will be seen as and enemy of the state.<br><br><br><br>Parts of this have been happening for years. The Nationalist movements of the world have no interest in democracy, but use it to gain power, and then discard it in favor of Fascism. The Nationalist movements of the world have no interest in freedom of speech, but will stop at nothing to discredit anyone who would engage in such speech. The Nationalist movements of the world have no interest in history, but will stop at nothing to erase any history that would undermine their propaganda. The nationalist movements of the world have no interest in freedom, but will stop at nothing to undermine all of those freedoms.<br><br><br><br>So I believe that the next Presidential election will never happen. It will either be postponed indefinitely due to the Corona Virus, or it will happen as scheduled, but Trump will win in a landslide, and anyone who speaks out against that landslide will be labeled a traitor and punished accordingly, and then anyone who speaks out against that punishment will be labeled a traitor, and so on, and so forth.<br><br><br><br>Edit: My change was wrong. the 2020 election did indeed happen, Biden won, and Trump lost, and then the capital was attacked by Trump supporters seeking to overturn the election. I guess you could say my change was wrong because Trump was still President, but that is a pretty meaningless thing to point out, as the election did occur, and Trump lost it.<br><br><br>Edit 2: The election happened. The Capitol was attacked by Trump supporters. The election results were certified by Congress. Biden was inauguated. Anyone who still denies that Biden is a legitimate President is literally a traitor, and probably an idiot too.
