I have been sober for 10 days, and my anger is out of control

I recently decided to get sober, after being high 24/7 on k2 and cocaine. I have no access to anything, I was able to detox on my own and I feel like I’m over the hump. But I am so irritable and angry for no reason. I am about to lose my mind.<br><br>Is there a way to get through this? What helps for you?
