Neighbor just yelled to stop peeing on his tree and I'm wondering why the hell someone is peeing on his tree in the middle of winter.

It's like 35-40 degrees here in PA and some random dude is out there peeing on my neighbor's tree. This guy is yelling at him and I'm just inside trying to figure out why the hell this man is peeing on his tree in winter weather.
