Husband went from 100% childfree to wanting them..

My husband (39) and I (33) have been married for 6 years and together for 11 years. We have been childfree our entire relationship and then suddenly he got off birth control and wants kids. He's mentioning how family and friends matter a lot to him and that's a good reason to have a kid. He's mentioning how he's always been excited about having them but was afraid to say anything about it due to how strongly I feel about not having kids. We've talked about it a million times in the past and I thought he was on the same page as me. I don't know what to do. I don't want kids. I'm happy with him and don't want to change anything about our life together.<br><br>This is my dream marriage. We spend time together, travel, have fun, do our hobbies together, etc. I don't want to ruin it by throwing kids into the mix. It's like our marriage together isn't enough anymore and now he wants something else.<br><br>I'm not sure if he would actually change his mind if I showed him how much having kids would change our life. I don't know if it's just a phase and he thinks having kids is like having a puppy or something. I'm at a loss for what to do.
