**TL;DR:** Can you guys please **stop taking my money and simply refund it all?** I've already spent hours getting ignored and suppressed/denied by your customer support. I really just want my money back now, and have zero interest in using ChatGPT anymore due to all the stress and headache you've caused me with this issue.<br><br>I've been a paying customer of ChatGPT for over a year now, and my account has been **disabled** for the last 2 weeks. I've tried reaching out to support via every avenue I can, and I just continue to be **ignored**. I've been blocked from commenting or replying to my ticket, and I've been blocked from creating a new one.<br><br>The reason I was given for my account being disabled was "terms of service violation," which I find to be completely **ridiculous**. I'm a professional, and I've used ChatGPT for work-related tasks, such as draft revisions and research. <br><br>At one point, I was listed as a "high risk" account, which I now see has been updated to a "terms of service violation." I've already filed an appeal for this, but received a canned rejection response 2 days later, with no human review whatsoever.<br><br>This is a huge waste of my time, and a huge waste of your time as well, OpenAI. Your entire system of enforcement is broken, and I can't believe you've let this downhill spiral go on for so long.<br><br>How can you expect to continue to make money off of the $20/month and expect to keep customers, when you are **willfully stealing** from your customers?<br><br>You've caused me immense stress and headache over the past 2 weeks, and I'm finally done. Please just **refund my money** and let me go.
