I find myself getting really stressed out and having panic attacks at work. I can't pinpoint exactly what is causing them. I usually happen a few times a week and it's always at work. I can't just sit in the bathroom for 15 minutes and focus on my breathing, I have to be on my game and teaching. Typically it happens when i have to talk to parents or the principal. But it's usually very sudden. I tried essential oils in my class and that doesn't really work. I have a stressful day tomorrow so I am preparing myself now. Any thoughts?

Edit: I do see a therapist and I have talked to my principal. I don't think he understands my anxiety attacks, and thinks I can just make them stop. Please don't suggest the classroom isn't for me. I have spent too much time in school and student teaching to give up on my dreams. I appreciate your advice and will go over it with my therapist. Thank you
