I GW results 3 lbs today. The less than I've ever gained before is 4 lbs. I usually gain weight every week. I don't know why I was so scared of gaining weight after all the meal prepping I did. I used to hate meal prepping because I thought it was a waste of time, but yesterday I realized how much easier it is to eat healthy when my meals are already prepared. I GW results was so shocking today, after forgetting what it's like to gain weight, but I'm so proud of myself for the effort I put in this week.

I still have a bit of bad eating habits that I need to work on but I'm so proud of myself for having control of my eating for most of the week, not just less than half of the week.

This is the first weight loss milestone that I've achieved my goal and I'm so happy and proud of myself. My next goal is to not let myself go over maintenance calories when I have a bad day, that's my next step.

This is the first time I've ever seen red on my GW results chart. I'm so proud, new level unlocked. I feel empowered, I feel like I can do anything. I never thought that I'd be able to control my eating habits like this because I always thought that it was too hard.

I meal prepped my food last night and this morning, I needed to see how long a week worth of meals last me. It only lasts me 6 days, it will last me longer if I stop eating between meals. So, I'm going to meal prep on Monday and Thursday, that way I have enough food every day and then I won't have to buy food. I'll also crave junk food less.

If you're an emotional eater, I recommend meal prepping because it also helps with your mental health. It makes you feel good about yourself and gives you a sense of control over your eating habits, so, you'll crave junk food less.

Most of us are emotional eaters and we don't even realize it. It's not easy, but it's worth it. I'm so proud of myself for taking control of my eating habits, so, I'm just sharing my results with everyone.

My calories intake is 1800, if I didn't meal prep I would easily eat more than 1800 calories a day. It also took me 3 hours to meal prep, but it's worth it.

Can't wait to reach my next milestone, I'm so happy right now. I didn't gain a lb, I actually lost a lb.

Do you meal prep? Is it easy for you?

I don't get why meal prepping is so hard for me.
