How to avoid procrastination?

I have been lazy all my life. I do not like thinking about my future, my todays and yesterday. <br>I am 18, and I want to be productive, study a lot, and now I know how to be productive. But I still procrastinate everything. How to deal with that? <br><br>God bless you
