How are you supposed to get your papers professionally written if you're completely new to the subject?

I'm currently studying for the semester abroad but I have to do it in a language I've never learned before, the subject is not something I've ever studied and all my lectures are based on a book which has a chapter which I have to write a paper about. It's due the day the semester ends. I'm already 3 months behind in the lectures and there's just no way I can finish the lectures, read the book, and write the paper by the end of the semester. I've been given only a month and 3 weeks. My friends tell me to get my papers professionally written but how am I supposed to do that if I'm completely new to the topic? And also, will a professional writer take the time to read the entire book chapter? This has been a huge massive stress for me for months already.
