How's this for a project manager job -100k with 3 weeks vacation and Christmas week off

Hello all,<br><br>A friend of a friend works for a company, who never had a project manager before and their PMO is - nothing.<br><br>So they want to hire a person and asked my friend to refer a person (me). I is currently working a 100% remote position, but this company would be hybrid - 2 days remote, 3 days in office.<br><br>The job would pay $100k, but the vacation is 3 weeks paid.<br><br>It looks like they dont really know how to set up a PMO, from what I can gather. And as Christmas is approaching, I want a new job, your thoughts on this:<br><br>Would you take a job paying 100k but only 3 weeks of vacation and Christmas week off?<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>&#x200B;
