I work at a cell phone store and I've had a few customers in the last few weeks that this has happened too. I get it. I've had the urge a few times. But this customer in particular was just so funny.<br><br>Customer: "So...I have no idea why it won't turn on." <br><br>Me: "You dropped it in water?"<br><br>Customer: "No."<br><br>Me: "You smacked it against a wall?"<br><br>Customer: "I...I...*sigh*...I smashed it with a hammer."<br><br>Me: *long pause* "Ok. Well, there's your problem."<br><br>Customer: "It's not my fault! It's just so frustrating! It would just sit there and stare at me, taunting me. It just drove me crazy."<br><br>Me: *long pause* "Ok.
