It’s about to be hot for weeks… how do you meal prep for extreme heat?

So I’m terrified of heat and it’s about to be 100 degrees F for weeks where I am. On the hottest days I usually go for bbq and/or Costco stuff. I was wondering what you all do when it’s that hot? It’s too hot for soup but my hot cabinet is not equipped to make anything more interesting. I’m sure I’ll figure something out and I’m not expecting answers but it would be nice to get some.
