When you see something that needs to be done, but you don’t want to do it, tell yourself you’ll do it for just 10 minutes at first, and then you can stop. Most of the time, you’ll end up completing the task much faster than you expected, and you’ll have it out of the way.<br><br>I learned this from doing 10 minute workouts each morning, now every morning I do at least 30 minutes of intense workout without even thinking about it.<br><br>Edit: 10 minutes isn't a goal. It's just your excuse to do the task you were putting off.
