I’m German and currently in South America. So far my worst nightmare is coming true.

I’m a German tourist and it’s my second time in South America (Uruguay). We booked a house near the ocean with my girlfriend and arrived yesterday.<br><br>In our house is a small bathroom. And currently, I am lying in the crate of the bathtub and am shitting myself. Naked and wet, in bad pain and panic.<br><br>And my nightmare is coming true. I’m barely able to shit but somehow I’m bleeding constantly, so much that it’s running into the tub. Of course, I also got the intestinal flu, but it’s just clear fluid that comes out. I’m also vomiting into a blue plastic bowl that I found in the kitchen. <br><br>My girlfriend is completely desperate and tries to help me. She explained to me the signs in the bathroom in Spanish and they said to be careful with the toilet paper and not to throw it in the toilet. Now I think this could be the cause. It’s been almost an hour and I’m still bleeding and my asshole hurts like hell.<br><br>I desperately hope that it is not too bad and that I can find someone to help me here, but I am terrified. I don’t know how to pay a taxi to go to the hospital and I hope I won’t be deported.<br><br>What a way to start a trip.
