Why woman complain about their body

Im 5'4 and i'm about 130/135 lbs and pretty lean for my height. I've always been a bit lean and stayed fairly in shape. I've asked multiple woman how they feel about there body and they always complain about there weight. It just makes me sad really. If I was a woman I would love my body. Just wanted to say that
