$300 worth of drugs that I really needed, took one pill and now I'm sick and throwing up. HELP!

I'm in Australia and an old friend had a party last night and I went along for the first time in a year and met one of his friends who was a drug dealer. I don't want to post what drugs I got exactly but the bag was worth $300. It was in one of those little bags. I took one pill from the bag and now I feel like shit.<br><br>I'm vomiting and it's 4:00 in the morning and my body feels weak. It's a dry spell here in Australia, there's no fucking rain and it's been super hot in my city for the last two months and I don't even feel like that was a problem anymore because I can handle it. But now I feel like shit. I just need to find a cure. It's Christmas time and I really need to be focused and not honestly dying. I'm not going to the hospital because I don't want to be banned from seeing my friend again. It's his drugs and they're no good. Please help me.
