I used to date a guy, and my life is much better now that we are broken up. However, one of his friends has always been kind to me, because you know, I am nice and everyone loves me.

To make a long story short, I asked this friend if he would do me the honor of evaluating my productivity, as I have trouble with it. He is an expert in this field. He asked for my schedule, my time tracking data, and some other information, and then he wrote me this amazing list I am going to post below. I am very overwhelmed and I don't know how to process all this, so I want to share it here and ask for your thoughts. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to share this, but I am at a total loss and I don't know where else to turn.
