What's a no brainer "yes" job offer?

In this economy, what is the bare minimum "yes" job offer that you would accept? Like every other redditor, I am getting laid off, and just curious as to what people think - knowing fully well that it is very much location and industry dependent.<br><br>My situation is: 29M, Software Engineer in the Bay Area. Current TC is around $350k at a Big Tech company. I like my job, but unfortunately, the company is going through a rough spell, and I don't want to be the last one turning off the lights here.
