I saw a dead girl on my way to school and she tried to wave at me when I noticed her. What the hell was she?

Okay so I've been wandering around my neighborhood for more than 10 years already, from grade school all the way to college without fail. But what I'm about to share happened when I was still in grade school. <br><br>So there was this one road in particular that I have to pass through to get to school, and everyday I pass by a dead girl that's standing on the sidewalk, I thought she was just a normal girl until I saw her hanging on a tree with her white long dress, and her black long hair. What caught my attention was her white dress, it was stained red, she was dead, but I didn't feel any fear, I don't even know why. Then when I noticed her, I saw her hand waving at me for the longest 2 seconds, it felt so weird, as if she just waved at an old friend, it was so casual. I didn't know what to do, I felt like I should've waved back at her, but somehow I couldn't. <br><br>Then I passed by her, and it just hit me, "Oh shit, she was a ghost!", it got me so pumped up like "Oh shit, I just saw a ghost!", and I didn't stop thinking about her. Well, it's not really weird to see ghosts in my country, as Filipinos, we are used to seeing weird things as if it's normal, and we just pass it off as nothing, but it didn't really hit me until I passed by her, and then it got me. <br><br>I didn't tell anyone about it as I didn't really know who to talk to, but every time I pass by her, I still see her waving at me, sometimes I still wave back at her, but only when I feel strong enough to do it, sometimes I don't feel the energy to wave back. <br><br>I didn't really care much about her, I mean I was a kid, but she's still there, and I'm gonna pass by her again tomorrow.
