Weird thoughts after days of house hunting (sensitive possibly)

I started house hunting last week but at this point have not found a home. I am in my mid 20s and am single and I am not sure if I should stop now. I keep thinking I should just find a cheap rental and wait a year or two. I am starting to feel like I need to wait for a partner if I don't already know who it is. I know how this sounds but house hunting feels weird when I am alone.
