I have a new sous chef and she did a two stage chocolate cake that was soooo good she was eligible for the fair. She didn’t make it but it was close. She is thinking of doing a competition in the fall.<br><br>She does an apple cream cheese pie that is sooooo good and I have to keep one in the case at all times. I was thinking of knocking it up a notch with some caramel and nuts. I would use salted pecans tho.
