Women not replying to my messages on dating apps is giving me anxiety.

I had a great date on tuesday, the most sexually charged one i have ever been on tbh. I said i would text her on wednesday and she told me she was not gonna check her phone till tomorrow so i said alright and texted her yesterday.<br><br>But she didnt reply yesterday and the lack of a reply is making me anxious, i have been checking my phone every 10 minutes for a reply and havent gotten one yet.<br><br>I texted her today also and got no reply again, if she is playing hard to get she should stop it, i will send another text tomorrow and not send any texts till she replies, this is not the first time i have had women wait for days to reply to my texts and i dont get why they do this.<br><br>I have been feeling anxious and restless all day and it is making me depressed, any advice on what i should do, i dont want this to affect my mental health.
