I'm 29 and I don't have a single friend

Never been to a party, I never dated, I don't have a single friend. I have acquaintances at work but we never see each other outside of work. I've tried to socialize but somehow it always fails. I'm really lonely and I feel like I've failed at life because I'm not even able to form a single friendship
