My (32F) partner (34M) is upset at me for not including something embarrassing about me in my bio that I wrote for his friends wedding program.

My partner is one of his friends groomsmen and I'm attending the wedding with him. I haven't met most of his friends before so I was told that all of the dates/partners are supposed to write a bio for the wedding program and he sent me the other bios to look at. Most of them talked about how they met their partner which is usually how most of these bios are written. He asked me to write one so I did and he liked it. A few days later he sent me a revised version of it and told me that this would be the one going into the program. I read through it and nothing really stood out to me at first, but then I saw that he included an embarrassing thing about me. It was something about how I'm a "champion burper, and that I can burp the entire alphabet." We've only been dating for about 9 months so I'm still getting to know his friends and didn't want them to see that.

I told him I didn't want that included and he said it was a joke that his friends would find funny. I said no, but he said it was too late because the programs were already made. When I saw it I was really embarrassed and didn't want it in there. He didn't seem to understand why I was making such a big deal about it, or that it was offensive to me that he didn't give me a choice in the matter. We haven't spoken since I read what he wrote but I honestly don't even want to go to the wedding anymore. I feel bad because the bride and groom are very nice and I don't want my issue to affect their wedding.
