I think a lot of us have heard the phrase "Where did all the good men go?"

Recently I had a long talk with my sister and she told me that she is worried that she will never find a man that she can settle down with because all the good ones are taken and the remaining 'good' ones are still on the dating scene because there is something wrong with them that she (and presumably a lot of other women) cannot see.

Her problem then is that when she finds a good man she will have no way to tell if he is actually good, since the good ones are taken and the single ones have 'something wrong' with them, kind of like a used car.

I think that this is the main problem with women and relationships with men. They have no idea how to find 'good' men, and to make things worse, the women have no idea what constitutes a good man.

A good man for women is a man that is confident, happily single, intelligent, strong willed, has a high income, good looking, successful, loyal, trustworthy, kind, chivalrous, and protective. But how are women supposed to know if a man is all of these things?

What do you think is the main problem with how women think about relationships with men, and how do you think they should go about fixing this problem?
