Hey everyone. I’m (27F) a mental health technician who works on the crisis department. I have been struggling greatly because of our jobs demands. Our department is under staffed, I only get a 30 minute lunch, I’m always getting called back to any situations between the hour, and I’m barely able to have a proper conversation with patients. I’m burnt out and seeking therapy but I’m struggling financially as well. We’ve had official complaints about staffing but it’s been ignored. I’m contemplating quitting and getting a whole new career Lol but I’m not sure if that would work out.

What advice would you give me?
What practices would you recommend?
