How do i get rid of the smear?

I learned how to kill the bugs, but the smear seems harder to get rid of than the bugs! I get these dark spots on my windows and when i wipe them down, i get this weird black smear that wont wipe down. I use soap and some water, but what else i gotta do to get it off so it doesn’t spread?
