I've never made these but all the quick recipes I saw, I recognized every ingredient in the pantry. Love these simple quick easy, on a plate meals.

DELICIOUS !!!!

Ramen Noodle Pancake

Ingredients:
4 packs of Ramen noodles
1 cup of milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar (we like them extra sweet)
1/4 cup butter, melted
Powdered sugar, for serving Cinnamon or nutmeg, for serving

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Ramen noodles, crushed and uncrushed, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.

Mix with a large spoon until the noodles are fully coated.

Transfer the mixture to a 10 inch cast iron pan or oven safe skillet and set on the counter to sit for 10 minutes, to allow the noodles to soak in the liquid.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown.

Remove from the oven and brush the top with melted butter.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve warm.

After trying our first bite, we decided it was missing something so we discovered that a little bit of cinnamon on top is delicious. My husband thought maybe some fruit preserves would be good also.
