How to get better at memorizing

Hey everyone, i am a college junior and i am trying to improve on my memorization skills. I am currently learning three new languages which is french and russian with the Duolingo app and japanese with a textbook on my kindle. I have the app Memrise to help me on my learning journey. I was wondering on how to improve my memorization skills. Any tips or strategies for me?
