I am currently in the process of looking for a job in the software quality assurance field. I’m a junior and have very little experience, the problem is that the hiring team sees TO MANY resumes and that they are quite strict with the selection criteria.

My resume is just fine, correct but very TO MANY other resumes tell the same story. A hiring team member told me that to stand out, I should write a cover letter by putting emphasis on my strengths and my abilities, how am I supposed to do that? I am also considering the wage war issue TO MUCH competition for the same salary.

What advice do you give me to stand out from the crowd and tell a story that will attract the attention of a hiring team?
