This is a continuation to my last thread, because apparently it’s against the rules to post the same thing more than once, even if you haven’t gotten any comments, but whatever.

As mentioned in the title, I believe that any person who says they are “Fiscally Conservative, but Socially Liberal” is an idiot.

This is because, in my view, being socially liberal costs nothing, yet helps a huge % of the population. I would believe this even more so if you are a millionaire.

Now, I don’t know much about economics, but I’m pretty sure that being socially liberal would actually end up making the government more money overall. For example, if you let women have abortions, you avoid having to pay child birth, a hospital stay, and the costs associated with having to care for a child as a result of the childs parents being unable to care for them financially.

Another example is gay people, who can now get married and pay more in taxes.

This also applies to things like weed, and even the police. If you make weed legal, you save money on keeping people in jail for weed, and then make money off of weed.

With police, if you treat them like human beings and pay them more, then they will do their jobs better, which will save the government money on paid days off for officers who have to recover from traumatic events, and will reduce funding needed for programs designed to help protect citizens from police.

Now, if you are truly fiscally conservative but socially liberal, then you are an idiot for voting for Trump.

Now, if you are socially conservative, but still vote for Trump, then I have no words for you. That is like saying “I would rather spend 100 billion dollars a year on a wall than have 10,000 gay people get married. Truly, $100 billion is a small price to pay for the dignity of our great nation.”

Edit: Grammar. Also, the content.
