I always wake up angry

K so I woke up super duper early this morning and it made me so angry. My alarm is currently set for 8am but I always somehow manage to wake up at 5am. I don’t know why. It is ruining my life. I currently work nights and I usually get in the door around 7am. I still manage to be up at 5am the day after that too. I am just so angry and I don’t understand why this is happening. <br><br>Also, I have to be 100% asleep if I’m not gonna set my alarm otherwise I just won’t sleep and I will wake up when I feel like it. <br><br>5am is the devil’s number
