If you want to speak a language, you need to speak it as much as possible. This is why native speakers from a very young age can speak their language. This is also why being fully immersed into a language (living in a country) makes you learn much faster. <br><br>Textbook and grammar rules can be good to learn the basic rules of a language but it will never teach you how to truly speak or listen to it. Just by speaking you can improve all of your other skills like reading and writing and listening.
