I have a graduate degree (MBA) and just got fired from being a barista. So now what?

Title says it all. I'm 30, and just got fired from being a barista. I was in this position for about a month. I have a graduate degree from a top 5 university in my field (MBA) but have not found work in my field in the last 2 years. In fact, I have never had a full time professional job. Behavioral problems have most likely contributed to this, particularly OCD and depression. I cannot go to therapy or counseling because where I live there are no options for that. I also have no support system. My parents, who live in a different city than me, are my only family that are alive. So now what?
