App idea : Rate anything

I think there is an app like this already but I'm not sure how it was called I'm just writing it here because I forgot the name.<br><br>**Idea**<br><br>The application is a place where a user can make his/her opinion of any thing they bought, liked, hated, tasted whatever.<br><br>The main idea is to rate things, products, foods, law articles, movies, anything. <br><br>Every user can create a post with picture or without, and write a review a rating (stars) and name the product and if some other user has already made that post the user is automatically redirected to that post comment.<br><br>**Example 1:** <br><br>If I saw a pizza in a restaurant and want to know if it's good, I can open the app, search the pizza name, see the comments and how are they rating it. (Would be good to have a map to see the nearest place that sell that pizza).<br><br>**Example 2:**<br><br>I'm going to buy something but before that I want to read others' opinion about this product. I search it in the app, read the comments, ratings, see others opinions.<br><br>**Example 3:** <br><br>This idea came from the news, where I saw a post about a new law (in my country) and the post had a form at the bottom.<br><br>The form was 'do you agree with this law'.<br><br>Yes - No - No opinion<br><br>So I thought why not make an app where we can rate laws and everyone can see the results. Public opinion.<br><br>**Example 4:** <br><br>If I buy a car and I don't like it I can write a review and rate it with 1 star for example.<br><br>It can be movies, games, haircuts, medical drugs, anything that can be rated with a star review and will be useful for someone who is in the process of making the same decision.<br><br>This is the app idea and it's just an idea I don't know how to make an app or such things I just thought that it would be useful.
